Adding a technological edge to our manufacturing abilities is the process of Cold Heading. Using the latest in forging technology, we currently have the capacity to manufacture more than 30 million components per year ranging from 3mm to 16mm in diameter and a max cut-off length of 175mm. Our multi-station machines are capable of manufacturing complex parts with accuracy and repeatability, helping us to save weight and cost to our customers while simultaneously achieving high productivity.
In addition to the process of forging, support facilities such as trimming, thread rolling, machining and Vibro- finishing ensure that a complete solution is offered to our customers.
