We manufacture a wide range of assemblies for our customers both in the auto sector and otherwise. Our products include End cap assemblies for solenoid switches of starters of four wheelers, Wiping System assemblies and links for Wiping systems, Brush Box assemblies, Mini Circuit Breakers and a host of other assemblies.
The assemblies consist of a number of components made of material such as alloy steel, plastic, rubber, copper, brass, aluminium castings etc. Our varied manufacturing capabilities ensure that most activities are carried out in-house, in turn, ensuring that our products often exceed our customer expectations with regard to both quality and cost.
Lean manufacturing concepts are built into our production lines and production processes with adherence to Single Piece Flow, Poka Yoke & Kanban, ensuring that quality is built into our products and that they reach our customers just in time, at the best cost.
